Founded in 2018, Black Oak Title has changed the homebuying process by addressing the monotony of signing papers at the settlement table to create a friendly, fun, and carefree experience.
We met them at the beginning and are thrilled to continue with them on their journey.
Project Goals
Aiming to avoid the overused tree and house motifs, Black Oak Title wanted to change the feeling homebuyers had when it came to escrow and title services.
They wanted “fun” vibes that played off their company name and also embodied a sense of home. Instead of the typical blossoming green trees, they decided for the coziness that fall colors and autumn bring to families.
Our Process
Design always starts with industry research. And sometimes the research simply means driving around the neighborhood to compare all the tree logos already in existence.
We needed to create something unique that didn’t detail every branch and contain 100 leaves.
