Meet the Owner

Jessica Valis is the founder and CEO of Harford Designs, LLC, a design agency specializing in fractional CMO services for financial advisors. She is also co-founder of the Creative Circle Collective and co-host of the Design Imposter Podcast.

Her services include acting as a fractional CMO, professional branding, and website design and development.

Her experience stems from 8 years of branding and publishing at Wells Fargo Securities, where she worked with Wall Street’s top analysts and industry leaders. She has her BS in Business Communications from Stevenson University and MA in Publication and Design from the University of Baltimore.

Pre-motherhood, she was an avid international traveler, venturing to England, Germany, France, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Iceland, and beyond. Although, she still tries to disappear across the Atlantic for a week or two once a year.

As mother of two small boys, George & Finn, she’s transferred her energy from researching flights to reading insect books, building puzzles, and learning about the Titanic.

Jessica is a homesteader-in-the-making who enjoys gardening and is looking forward to her first flock of chickens.

Her husband is a Baltimore City police officer. The family resides in Seven Valleys, PA and are active members of their community.
